Cajun center Michael Southall, who had 10 points and 12 rebounds in Monday's win, figures to get a less-than-warm reception from the fans at WKU's Diddle Arena Thursday.

Southall missed UL's last two seasons with academic and legal troubles, facts that the WKU fan corps know well.

"I figure they'll have 10,000 screaming fans for us," Southall said after Monday's win. "It's a hostile place, a very tough place to play and they don't like us much since we've won the league the last two years. But I like playing in a place like that, when the fans get all over you."

"Our guys are going to have to be mentally tough Thursday, especially Michael," Lee said. "Those Hilltopper fans can't wait for him to show up in the building. It's no secret there's no love lost between us and Western Kentucky."
