Ok Ok I had to edit this post. In all seriousness though if you're looking to actually tailgate. For Saints games, a lot of people tailgate under the Interstate overpasses near the intersection of Poydras and beyond.

2:30 - 6 p.m.? RCAF Tailgate Party sponsored by Iberia Bank? St. Charles Club Room (Superdome's Northwest Quadrant).? Ragin' Cajun fans are invited to a pre game tailgate party with live music by Nik-L-Beer. Admisssion is free to all 2011 RCAF members. $10 for all non-members. Food and drink will be available for purchase.

I have a schedule of New Orleans Bowl events that was sent out had a thread on raginpagin. It has events on each day from Thursday up to game time.
Friday night Free-For All looks great and the Saturday Champions Square tailgate parrty sounds good for Saturday. Also listed are a RCAF, Alumni Association, and another at the Rouses.

Other events listed are Thurs radio show and parade with Pride of Acadiana, and a Fri fan fest at the Marriot, a radio show and a second line parade for cajun fans.

Overall it looks like plenty to keep all of us Cajun fans busy for the whole weekend

I tailgate for Saints games in any of the public parking lots near the corner of Rampart & Lafayette streets. Just pay at the kiosk and put the reciept on your dashboard & commence to tailgating!!

A large group had indicated intent to tailgate at Walk-Ons on Poydrus. I think that is where they may be broadcasting pre-game, maybe with some kind of coaches show and radio. Have not heard that is changing.
