Am I the only one who has never seen that mock-up renovation? No one is even mentioning that.

That computer drawing has been around for a couple of years now. Being it is that old, I can't imagine thats what the final product will look like.

I think both of you are right; and throw Marlin in there too. Gerald helped build the infrastructure for raising funds and getting programs moving forward. The new hires of Hud and Marlin are fueling the excitement, and without doubt getting people to come on board. It's a team effort in every aspect.

bottom line is.. if you don't have season tickets to two sports... get them.

if you aren't in the rcaf... join

if you know someone that may be interested in either or both.. get them to join.

The only way to get this elevator all the way to the top is to get a group big enough to get it there.

The above statement is the closest thing to the truth with no disrespect to Hebert.

I think lots of people need to step back and look at the big picture in regards to Gerald Hebert. For a long time he was a relentless salesman with a crappy product. Now he's a relentless salesman with a great product and lots of help. People want to know there money is going to be put to good use and that they can see results. Investors want to see returns soon NOT 10 years down the road. We are now starting to see returns, more investors should follow.

Suggest you visit the Cox building and see the after if you have seen the before

Go peak into the IPF and let it sink in of what this does for recruiting

See the new turf at the Moore Field---See the girls' Softball complex

    See the Cajun Field turf

See the Tennis complex fully done

See the recruiting area and meeting rooms that although done on a very temporary basis was an immediate need filled

    The Advent of RCAF

What you won't see is the stash that has been given to help recruiting---Equipment and TVs for the weight room

Furniture and other fixtures donated that redid the girls' gym---You will see the Track/Soccer this year ---baseball next year and maybe part of the Cajun Field expansion this year!!!!

Well there you have it --the past/present/ future of where the money went, is going, and will go!!!!

Since this was so closely timed with the athletic budget cut story in the Advocate, I was wondering if this donation ever came to fruition and if the donor was publicly thanked?
