I'm not sure, but I'd talk to Gino and Pat about current or former assistants, and take a hard look at some HC's who have had D1 success with limited resources.

Errol's contract does conclude with this season. It is not likely that he will be replaced at this time, but not for the reasons mentioned above. Pokey would not be a candidate as she just started a job in the WNBA. When the search does begin, it will be handled in pretty much the same manner as the searches that brought us coaches Marlin & Hudspeth.

The athletic department cannot afford to keep him. They have just begun to gain the confidence of fans that they have a commitment to being competitive. I will be shocked and very disappointed if he is retained.

Why do you say it is not likely he will be replaced. For him to be retained, a new contract will have to be given. Coming off of four straight losing seasons, I would have thought the administration would not be satisfied. In fact, when last spring's decisions to bring on Marlin and retain Rogers were announced, it was stated that the women would win this year. That makes me think a change will be made.
