    His dad is the SHS head basketball coach, I'd be interested to know what his thoughts are on this, and the real reason for his departure.

    I haven't spoken with Matt yet, but my sources have told me that he was having a hard time being away from home and doubting whether he wanted to play college basketball. This was his decision.

    Like what was mentioned in the blog, he did nothing wrong before withdrawing from school.

    I didn't mean to imply that he didn't anything wrong.

    I was thinking more along the lines of him missing home, or missing the fact that his dad was the coach so he gets yelled at more, or that he was a "star" in high school but not here (yet), etc.
