Tailgate krewe rules?

We have an RV tailgate site, and our group is starting to get bigger and bigger. I was wondering if any of the other "krewes" around here have rules for tailgating? I'm starting to consider drawing up some for our group so we don't have issues down the road.

We don't officially have a krewe, rules, or anything. Every week is me planning it out, and telling people what to bring, which takes up a lot of my time.

How do other groups work?

Man I respect any organizer of a tailgate Krewe. I wouldn't know where to start.

Z has a new rule for himself at the Eauk. He no longer places hot coals in the cardboard garbage container. Make that one close to the top of your list too.

I got one for you. My tailgate group for baseball is called Cajun Tails and once a year the Beaver Club cooks for the Cajun Tails.
