    Default OT: Keeping A Promise

    All,

I apologize for another COVID thread, but I'm keeping good on my promise to post findings of infection/death 2 weeks later. I took the raw daily US stats, and put them in a spreadsheet to show growth/decline trends.

    Graph descriptions:

This is a lot of data, but I think it shows a clear picture that while COVID is highly contagious, it isn't a deadly as initially thought, due to prior/current age of infected.

Thanks for doing this. I'm going to check it out later with fewer distractions.

This data tracks very closely to what a close Dr. friend who works in the infectious respiratory research hospital in NIHR in the UK told me in the early April time frame. He exact words were 'this thing is built like a tank' and will spread easily, but for him personally, he would much rather contract the coronavirus versus the flu. He is in his mid-40's and no underlying conditions.
