    Good for Dr. Bruno. The State is not geared this way, however this retirement an opportunity for to save or redirect money in higher education. Merge the administration of ULM and Latech. Millions could be saved, used for education instead of administrative overhead.

    Nah, they would divert the saved .money from the UL system to lsu.
