    Default RCAF Celebration

Does the RCAF still have that end of summer party at the Cajun Dome as it did in past years? I haven't heard anything on it. If not why did it go away?

I am surprised that we have heard about any of the possible candidates as this is an important position for us to grow. This is a great opportunity for an experienced ambitious person.

Not sure. I received an invite via email. It may be for RCAF members who have a certain Donation level. Call the RCAF office for more info. They are also offering limousine service from the Corner Bar on Johnston Street. Dr. Maggard talked about this on the interview with Scott Prather earlier in the week. He said every sport would be represented. If head coaches are not present, assistants will be. It will be a low key event. I imagine there will not be any speeches but simple socializing over food and drink while watching the ponies run and perhaps picking a few winners.

This is for the big spenders. That leaves me out. But I guess I can go and look from the outside.

Where does it say it's limited to certain RCAF member levels?

I am sure all RCAF members are welcome at this function. I just hope they branch out to Baton Rouge for the Coaches Caravan. It's time to paint the Louisiana capital red!

Yeah, because all these heavy hitters need free rides to the event.

Turns out there was no type of minimum donation required to attend this event. Any Cajuns fan could have attended. Those who did enjoyed it. If it occurs next year, I am sure you will be welcome if you decide to attend.
