    Let's be honest, though.

How much money should be paid for a women's head soccer coach?

Enough to get a quality coach and a program to a top 50ish level nationally. We could seek associate membership in a better league and try to get better recruits.

Scott makes over 56K and is the highest paid coach in Louisiana other than LSU. The lowest is ULM at 45K.

The guy that runs the Olympic Development Program is legit and has a good bit of experience. There's talent out there and local.

This subject is always a tough one for me.

Do I want to spend $60-70k on a coach for a program that doesn't draw, in a sport that no one cares about regionally?

Not really. Title IX sports lose money. It is what it is.

Don't think you need to spend that type of money. Nothing really off base on the pay just time to try a different route.
