    Especially because the Cajundome would probably only open 1 concession stand. It's hard for me to imagine a similar facility being run worse than the Cajundome is run.

    Mike Noah was before them. He was a great guy and new what he was doing. It is too bad he got a better opportunity before he was here for very long. I believe most of that staff, including Davis was there when Noah was there, but he was not here long enough for them to learn from him.

    Lafayette is an increstious city. They're constantly saying, no we don't want, need outside influences. Give that job to oncle Pierre, or tante Evangeline. They graduated high school.
