I know people like Service Chevrolet Cadillac, Acadiana Dodge, Nu Nu's, Teets in Ville Platte and Delta World Tire have been long time supporters of radio broadcasts. I don't know how that will work out with the new radio deal though.

I was wondering the same. Maybe those handful of Boosters get grandfathered in?

My understanding is that Learfield and Ragin' Cajuns Sports Properties will be in complete control of getting sponsors for radio broadcasts among other things. As a recent graduate, I've just started figuring out most of the smaller local businesses. I knew most of the major ones but I didn't know much about the smaller businesses.

Plugged or patched? Plug is unsafe, patch seals it from inside.

I worked at Ross Tire for a few years. David Ross (former owner) is very much a Cajun supporter, we wore red (in support of UL) every Friday. New owner, Steven Ancelet, has a son just starting at UL in the fall, majoring in Industrial Technology.

Greatwood Auto in Richmond, TX. The guy always at the desk is either the manager or owner (I think manager). He's a big UL softball and baseball fan. We talk about the teams whenever I bring one of my vehicles in.

We only use Cajun Country rice.

And unless things have changed, Tony's is not allowed in my house.

    Same.

Had breakfast this morning at Rusted Rooster on St. Landry. For my money, the best breakfast joint in Louisiana, and maybe period. Ragin Cajun and Acadian flags flying proud out front. IIRC, owner's dad is a legacy.

What about Supreme Rice? It is all over the new Russo Park, even has prime seating on the floor level between the dugouts named after it.

No need to use Tony's when Nunu's and Earl's is better. I haven't had Tony's in my cabinet for probably 10 years now, and it had nothing to do with UL/LSU.

Just listening to Ryckman. For those in the oilfield service industry, Gulf American Wirerope are huge cajun fans, and have sponsored all Cajun interviews, in all sports for many years.

Same here. That was one of the first of my boycotts.
