Default Time to Make the Switch to FDL

I absolutely love the caps this evening. I think the only logos that should be used for now on is the FDL or Ragin Cajuns, and Louisiana. The caps to me are unique, most use letters.

I might even be on board with having FDL helmets for football.

Red stacked Ragin Cajuns, and white with the red FDL for football. Keep the double strips

Maggard stated months ago the three approved logos are the stacked Ragin' Cajuns, LOUISIANA and the FDL.

100% truth. Need to burn and bury the remains of the white ones used earlier in year.

I've been beating the FDL drum for a while. I like it so much better than the stacked Ragin' Cajuns logo. The FDL is instantly identifiable with Louisiana. It makes for a clean and simple look.

I like it on the baseball caps and I want it on the helmets to replace the stacked logo which has no business being crammed on a small space.

IMO...if we're going to be Louisiana...it's needs to be state flag...

Last night was our best uniform period, as Cajun T stated. That same uniform in pinstripes would also look great.

We still use UL, but run into a problem having to use Lafayette with it. Quit fighting the name battle. Just replace the UL with just an "L". No legal issues and it represents Louisiana.

We should have 2 caps, one with the FDL and one with an "L". See attached picture, but of course in Red.

See I don't like those, I like the traditional FDL! Like the one on the baseball caps. Thats the only ones I would go with.

Here is a Nebraska "N" cap. Now imagine it with an "L". And, a FDL in the back.

Nebraska, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Michigan, etc. all use a single letter as their logo.

No more UL that we constantly fight because of legal requirement of adding Lafayette.

    L = Louisiana + FDL CLASSIC LOOK

And, no confusion with Louisville who uses an Old English "L".

Those are my favorite football uniforms. I'm a traditional is also. We have to remember we don't have to wear the get buy in on those uniforms from a 17 or 18 year old kid.

About as retro I would go, but would rather the FDL be on both sides, keep the double red strips, white facemask

We would have to get a designer to design a unique L but a L is the way to go
