The NCAA is a joke. Does widespread cheating go on. Of course. Will the NCAA do anything to possibly curtail this and risk bringing in less revenue. Of course not.

Isnt the failure that other people are finding this evidence and not his NCAA?

Been going on forever. Our basketball coach went to Baylor his freshman year. Moment he stepped on campus he was brought to the local car dealership and told to pick a car. NCAA doesn't care about anything but getting their $$$$$$$$

The NCAA doesn't WANT to find it. They don't have a choice now that it's out but to pretend that it is reprehensible.

NCAA will now change the rules instead of enforcing the ones in place.

I don't know what Appy did, but UNC absolutely did craft a whole curriculum specifically to keep athletes eligible. The NCAA let them go because any student could enroll in the classes.

I don't know either, but let's hope they weren't the first Smokey Mountains school to integrate.

They will get the death penalty.

The UNC story is correct. They got away with it because other students were allowed to take the courses. Make no mistake however, they were designed for basketball players and the huge majority of students taking those courses were basketball players.
