I did not get my info from you because you were not around at that time. Unless you are indeed CrazyCajun, in which case that may have been a possibility.
Are you ManAboutTown? Is that how you introduce yourself to people?

If you are putting me in charge of that too, then neither of the people who ran in the last election would be president now. But I'm not sure how that relates, in any possible way, to the situation we are discussing.

What Lotief did gets you fired from any job in the private sector, and any position working with athletes at an institution with integrity.

No, if they want to fire him they don't need the money upfront, TJOE wants the money upfront. There is a difference. But if Hudpseth doesn't finish the season with 2 more wins, Savoie is going to lose far more money on season ticket sales and RCAF donations. I understand those numbers will be presented to him at the end of the season.

And what matters more than what T-Joe wants? That's whats going to happen so they need the money up front..because thats what T-Joe wants. Doesn't matter why, it's the situation. You know how many times something doesn't have to be done the way the boss wants but gets done exactly the way the boss wants? That's life. I️ think it will be moot becaus I️ think we find a way to get at least 2 more W'a

TJoe is the boss, is anyone questioning that fact? But if he fails to move, then he will show he is not committed to moving this program any further then it's status today. As for Hudspeth, which two games you have him winning of the games remaining on the schedule?

And T-Joe is a politician, y'all want me to make a move then this is what we need....and they will have to secure all of that money in its entirety, which at this time it is not. NMSU and GS...luck out with decent weather at App state and stealing one there isn't impossible either.

RCAF donations cover the rest of his salary that is above what the state allows. That money will still be there to hire another coach. So we are talking about $500K, which is damn affordable but TJoe doesn't like paying anyone for doing nothing. Which is why he transferred Farmer to another department.

All this discussion about Hudspeth maybe mute at this point, especially if he finds a way to win 6 games and get back to another bowl game.

what position was she hired to, who is it? if it was entry level and she worked her way up, yea i dont have a problem with it (again, if she performs her job well), if it was senior level stuff then i would need to see her previous qualifications.

Hey! Hud is 3-1 since then!!

Back to softball. The University had no other recourse than to let Mike go. There are several more parts of the story that may or may not come out in time, but with the multiple different documents and witnesses attesting to Mike's behavior, Maggard's and his staffs' hands were tied. I'm all for being hard on players, but laying you hands on them or other staff members is the line. Mike crossed it and actions have consequences no matter who you are or how successful you are.

The support from his players is not a surprise, but the public opinion that Mike is blameless and the University owes everyone an apology is exactly what ML and his attorneys wanted in this case. We all know that most people who comment on social media (and some on message boards ) are collectively uniformed and idiots. They have not researched the facts and post with there hearts. The guy who wrote this letter looks to be one of those.
