Lesson would be, score more than 3 runs a game and you might have a chance to win way more games. Wonder what our record and RPI would be if we score as many runs as South Al.
South AL scores 2.84 more runs per game that us. We lost 10 games by 2 runs or less, 4 games by 1 run. A South AL offense is worth AT LEAST 10 more wins (43-10). Top 10-15 RPI. Hosting a regional, all else being equal.

The questions is can a mid-major have both, a pack mentality offense and Top 10 type pitching staff, with 11.7 scholly's?

Either way, an all-star team of the two would do serious damage in June.

It might be a volunteer position.

Maybe a small stipend, like a typical high school job, but the program with a 23 player roster, their ballpark and record is a shoestring operation. They may have no funded scholarships.

Would you say same if you were from st peters or mich? See minnesota's plight, they adapted, overcame and still got screwed. Lest you forget coastal didnt even host last yr, so the champs werent one of best 16 teams? Hard to believe, not sure ability is part of the equation

No participation trophies after age 8. Screw them. If they want what I got, then take it. We are either predator, or prey and I know what I am.

Were the hosts chosen over coastal not being given participation trophies for being from bigger schools?

Thanks for making my point. Mid majors rarely host, fair, or not. Coastal overcame that and ripped a national championship because rhe overcame adversity and their disadvantages.

They didn't level their playing field. They tilted it so they ran downhill.

My only request has been G2, G3 of the CWS be played on July 4th.

MLB draft, minors leagues and Cape Cod need to hold their horses and watch interest in baseball soar.

    July 4th

Conversely I would like to see G2 and G3 of the WCWS fall on Memorial Day. Even if it meant starting the season sooner or shortening it.

    Memorial Day

I have read that before from you and agree.
