We've got 5 games this week. It's time to kick it into high gear. Houston is good. Tulane is struggling but it's a mid week game, so who knows? Troy is a decent club and we'll be on the road.

Any idea on pitching for this week? I'm guessing Burk vs. Houston. Who gets the nod vs. Tulane? Woulda thought Guillory, but he pitched a good bit Sunday.

Wonder if we might see Schmidt for an inning or two this week...

Wondering the same. I'm also guessing Burk on Tuesday and pen it on Wed

Definitely Burk on Tuesday, that's why he was held back this weekend. Probably bullpen it on Wednesday.

I really like Robe's plan of bringing Guillory back into the pen and filling the Sunday Long Relief spot. Similar to Wyatt on Friday and Jevin on Saturday. His comments on this in various articles after the weekend get me excited. It makes sense. And similar to Wyatt, Guillory seems to have a stronger mindset coming out of the pen and owning his role as opposed to stretching him and his aggressiveness thin in a starter's role.

    How about Wyatt on Wed?

Interesting. I wouldn't mind it, but I'd rather keep Wyatt fresh for Friday. Or maybe let Caleb Armstrong get a start. He's looked good in his limited action.

I'd guess he would use a young arm to develop on wed game rather than Marks. Those that throw on Wednesday probably wouldn't be available till Saturday. Charp would be another option if he decides to go with an older arm

Unless I got the wrong guy, but I think he got hit pretty good in the middle game of the series against App.

That was Huval then Colton Lee (who has walked at least a batter every time out of the pen - by my recollection).

Haden Erbe may be another option, but he was dealing with elbow soreness not long ago.
