UL Football ...new recruit commitments to get excited about!

The more that I review these two JUCO players tape, the more excited I get. If you agree, give me two of these: 👍👍

Agreed, but Perkins was one of the first few commitments in the 2017 class.

Perkins potential looks like the sky is the limit. What position will he play? Hybrid LB or Safety? Patterson is a baller, reminds me of Darren Sproles. How is Patterson expected to be used?

Perkins has the frame to add weight, you are correct in your analysis of his role. Patterson is your typical slot athlete and will also contribute on the return teams.

I'm over getting excited by signees. I'll wait till the fall when I see a competent offense before I get excited again.

Wait the games aren't played on paper? I thought all we had to do was show teams our recruiting rankings and they will just lay down?

Rest assured that after all the recruits read the Massey rankings this will be an outstanding class!

Massey be praised. May he always shine the glorious light of his mathematical algorithms upon the dark conference we dwell in, lo these many years.

Come on CK, its not the kids fault that our coaches suffer from a moderate case of X's and O's simpletonism when it comes to game prep. Got to get excited for the Kids!

Hud-sheen, I remember being fresh out of high school and getting that letter in the mail telling me when to report for football practice at USL in August. It was the greatest feeling ever. In spite of our perceived coaching flaws, we gotta be excited for the kids! I can't lie, I vicariously re-live that moment through all of our signees every year. 💯

I like Perkins too...have some family in the humble area and they say he's the real deal!

He looks like the real deal RC07. Karson Block (Saddleback College) looks really good on tape in the middle. Anxious to see if Perkins and Block (sounds like a law firm) can come in and ease the loss of Peters and Lightfoot.
