Absolutely, I was just referring to his example about his father never sharing his feelings.

Seems a lot like you're dodging my question. Which I already assumed was a big NO.

It wasn't a big deal, and partially a misunderstanding. But once the liberal morons get involved, these things take on a life of their own.

I am only flesh and blood and my life's endeavor is that in my humble attempt to serve my Lord's will I may one day be united with God for all eternity.
My comment prior to the question post was very clear. I said of course you would make light of spoiled brats, pretending to be social justice warriors, insulting our best citizens. Nothing "unintelligible" there.

As for your last post, I could give a rats rear about your religious beliefs. I asked you if you served this country (the one that you have insulted many times in this thread), and your answer, hidden in human drivel, is no. Which, as I said previously, I had already (easily) assumed.

Just wanted to point that out. So many people have so many complaints and critiques about a country they've never sacrificed a damn thing to help or improve.

My dad IS part of the greatest generation... and he's a marine... and he'd stop your dad from taking him to the woodshed. He'd tell your dad that he has a purple heart and a bronze star with a V for valor to allow MAT to express himself however he wants.

Apparently, we didn't get the memo. It's only allowed for liberal PC hacks to call others racist and uneducated and immature and question their motives.. If anyone else questions that, inappropriate and vulgar! Freedom of Expression is only a one way street these days.

Well we will never know now will we. Dad served with Patton in Europe I'm sure both would have mutual respect for each other.

Typical liberal side step. Congratulations, you have been programmed perfectly. Unfortunately, you'll leave here and continue infecting people with your disease, which will further rot away what's left of our once great society. As others have said, at no point in time was anything flawless, but you people continue the ignorance.

Btw, I'm not the religious type, but I'm pretty sure god is a conservative. (Surely isn't running around calling people racist and the like). But that's just the rumor I hear..

I'm sure they would. I meant no disrespect to you or your dad. I just do not like introducing censorship. That isn't to say I like what everyone posts. I completely understand Turbine blanking out foul language. It doesn't prevent the intent of the message getting delivered.

I do dislike removing individual means of expression. I could care less who calls me a name on here. I can take up for myself. I have no issue with people giving MAT grief for what he posts. He puts himself out there like a pinata... and as long as he doesn't cry about people taking swings at him... I think it works. He makes if very clear what he wants to be thought of on here... and people can take it or leave it.

Again... I do not want anyone censored. Even Hawk... the vile one... should be allowed to exercise his demons on here. I'm not afraid. I do fear censorship. It will eventually require blood shedding. It absolutely always does.

I didn't take it as disrespect so no problem at all. I don't like censorship either but I do like to be respectful even more so with fellow Cajun Fans. I sent Mat a note to let him know that. It's all good. Tell your Dad I said thanks for his service!!!

What bothers me is people leaving hats on and walking, talking, texting behaving obliviously to the anthem.)
There is no cure for your delusion.

Virtually everything that has been done in the name of 'progress' since 1964, has degraded the lives of Americans of all races. Our working poor have been legislated out of any possibility of improving their lot in life by such well meaning legislation as child labor laws, minimum wage laws, occupational health and safety laws, worker's compensation laws and other similar legislation. Our public assistance programs universally discourage responsible behavior by the poor, thus locking generations of people in a seemingly inescapable trap.

The middle class, largely a product of the post WWI boom, hardened in the fire of the Depression, annealed by the blood of heroes in WWII, is now endangered by the entitlement society that taxes them disproportionately to support those who have been taught not to work.

As another poster said previously, every measure of civilized society has declined immeasurably in my lifetime; largely as a result of misguided attempts by government to 'help' people.

If you think this is "better", then you are hopelessly deluded.

I like Hawk. Like everyone on here sometimes he's right sometimes he wrong. I find his post to very entertaining and I get his humor. But I can also see Turbines point of view. He knows words do not physically hurt people, but you do not want this place turning into a ____ hole where you can't even have a debate about a Cajuns topic without it going to ____. I have been to those types of sites and I have seen sites devolve to that level and they suck, alot of good people leave. I don't want to see this site turn into that .
