    No, actually, you have not provided the consequences. You have stated there are consequences but have not specified what they are.
    With all due respect, most of your post is opinion with very little, if any, hard evidence. One can state their "disbelief" in the science and their reasons for it but the science doesnt require belief. My opinion doesnt carry any weight either. To pontificate is not the same thing as to validate.
    Turb-If less plastic is a consequence, I can think of worse things. BTW there are ways to make plastics without ethylene but, you know, science.

    Oh yeah. We are doomed either way. Hilarious!
