Hopefully Lil Rock continues to win until their trip to Lafayette. RPI will help us and should set up a massive crowd with some real excitement.

I believe that game is a week from Saturday..

I place everything into excel first then it automatically changes the "UL Lafayette" to "Louisiana", makes it very convenient. Just harassing you a little.

Is there any chance of an at large bid for this team?

Both teams have viable opportunities for NIT berths, but NCAA is tournament championship only.

At 50 RPI, seems like Little Rock might have a shot of moving up and getting at large consideration... But, I'm guessing the reason they won't get an at large is the SBC schedule won't be helping them out the rest of the way.... And upcoming loss vs. the Cajuns will hurt them as well.

Lil'Rock winning every game except SBC championship game probably gets an at large. Then the SBC goes vacant in NIT, and we go into the big dance as a low15 seed or high 14.

Little Rock is going to have a tough time winning here and in Monroe, but if they finish the season with only 3 losses, they better be in the discussion for an at large. Their non-conference schedule is not all that strong, but they at least have some top 100 wins. UTA and Georgia State are in RPI position for the NIT, but I don't think they have the juice to make it. The Cajuns and Trojans need to carry the post season banner for the conference.

Love your optimism, but I doubt Little Rock gets an at large even in your scenario.

Won't matter though. They have losses coming in Monroe and Lafayette next week.

Take care of the ASU's on this and next Thursday, then Saturday's game vs. LR (assuming ULM beats LR next Thursday) will be for a first place tie in the Belt! Can't wait! One game at a time....
