    Honestly almost every state creates such laws, and so does the US Congress.

    No leaders in either party, only poll watchers, and placaters, and of course word smiths.

    I cannot seem to edit my original post. Here is a link to ULM's 6/30/14 report. It shows revenues of $12,128,517 and expenditures of $12,346,499.

    53.7% of their football revenue was in the form of guarantees. Ticket sales accounted for only 13% of their football revenue.

    A breakdown of our football revenue shows that 27.2% of revenue came from ticket sales and 17.6% came from guarantees. A breakdown of Tech's football revenue shows that 27.8% of revenue came from ticket sales and 27.3% came from guarantees.
