    Default Since March 17th

Our baseball team has played 9 games. In those 9 games, we've failed to score 10 runs only twice. We're 6-3 over this span of games.

    March 17 - at McNeese W (10-2)
    March 20 - UALR - W (11-1)
    March 21 - UALR - W (13-5)
    March 22 - UALR - W (16-6)
    March 24 - at Houston - L (6-4) *
    March 27 - at FIU - L (11-10)
    March 28 - at FIU - L ( 11-7) *
    March 29 - at FIU - W (11-4)
    April 1 - Northwestern St. - W (11-5)

Can we keep up this offensive production for the rest of the year? If we're scoring 7-10 runs you should win most of those games. We're poised for a big run ladies and gentlemen. GO CAJUNS!

p.s. - All these games were played with Goulas.

Been noticing that.. At the beginning of the season we were losing 2-1.... 3-2.... pitching was holding up its end of the bargain.. hitters not so much... now the tables are switched..... until this weekend.... looking for some 11-2 wins

Now Coach Robe needs to fix the pitching, it would be nice to have both aspects of our game playing really well.

I'm sure the having Coaches Babb and Trahan working with the hitters is helping, but I also think it helps having Olasin delayed in getting in the lineup until the 10th game or so of the season didn't help, and the game against Mcneese was the first game Goulas was used as a pinch hitter. I think it changes the attitude of the lineup as a whole if you put a couple of guys in there with an agressive/confident approach at the plate.
