    Default Fan Day Time 5-7pm

The season ticket letter says that fan day will be this Sunday from 6-8.
But the ad banner running across the Daily Advertiser's website (always known for 100% accuracy) says 5-7 and links back to RaginCajuns.com where they have no info other than from a story on August 3.

So, do any insiders know what the actual times are for Sunday's fan day?
(it makes a difference when you're bringing a 5 month old)

I'm going for 6PM as I do not trust newspapers very much.

When I spoke to Gerald Hebert about helping out he stated that the staff has to be there at 4 PM to set up and that Fan Day was from 6 - 8 PM.

I will try to get it clarified and post here.

I'm pretty sure it's 5-7. Spoke to Gerald today, he came into our shop (Awardmaster) and asked us to put up a blurb for it on our sign outside.

I just called the athletic department, and the very nice lady told me that things would get started around 5 or 5:30 even though the letter says 6.

She even walked away from the phone and asked somebody, so you know it's right. (either that or they just split the difference between 5 and 6.)

Not surprised at all Z. Sadly we have a bad habit of saying one thing and doing another or doing nothing at all.

Ain't a big deal for me. I'll be there whenever to say a few "Hi's", shake a few hands and get a pic taken here and there. Gotta do it for the team.

I tend to believe we'll all be there. Question is, who'll be early? Who'll be late?

    LOL!

    see you there!

I wonder if they moved it to 5-7 because that is record the athletic department is predicting.

  18. Default Time Corection 5-7

UL Fans will get an up-close look at the Ragin' Cajuns fall sports line-up at the 2008 Ragin' Cajuns Fan Day, presented by MidSouth Bank, on Sunday, Aug. 10 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Players will sign autographs at this free season kick-off event, and fans will also get to walk on the new state of the art turf recently installed Cajun Field.

Any of you who want to help set up need to be there at 4 PM.
