Baer is going to a really tough spot. Zuerlein was great last year with the biggest leg of just about any kicker in the league. Could be going to compete for punter too though

And would someone please take a chance on Harry Peoples!!

Gautier got an invite to Calgary's minicamp in May per Buckley. They acquired his draft rights from Edmonton.

Brett is in a terrible situation. Hopefully, this is not the place his agent chose. But, perhaps it was the only option.

Anyone know what's going on with HP? Multiple reports of an offer from the Bears, but the Bears have not announced anything other than that they have reached their 90 man roster limit.

I like the chances or Melvin White long term. The panthers need Defensive back help bad. Gamble just retired, so there is only a couple of young corners on the roster and our safeties have been abysmal. I don't know if he'll get a chance to start immediately, but I think he will latch on the practice squad and in a season or 2, I think he'll get a real chance to contribute.

I'm surprised no one drafted Melvin White. The hype on him during the year was a 2nd to 3rd day pick. Must not have impressed in any workouts. I don't want guys who can work out...I want guys who can play. Panthers got a steal.

I like Lawson's chances the best. I'm pretty sure the only reason he was overlooked and not drafted was because he missed time due to injury last season

Watch out for Emeka, he still has one of the brightest upsides. This kid, just kept getting better and better as he played. He only played 1 year of HS football, i think. He was a steal in the recruiting process and might be a steal in the NFL.

I judge nfl upside by how much interest you can get from teams. Apparently emeka had more than one minicamp offer

Odom signed with Panthers and Moten with Baltimore. That makes 8 Cajuns signed with teams. Lawson (Cardinals), Onyenekwu (Miami), Hagans (Steelers), White (Panthers), Baer (Rams) and Peoples (Bears)

Not all are signed, more of a tryout basically. Not a huge difference though.
