    For now, they're still learning up from down. But eventually a few true freshmen might emerge as contributors for the UL football team this fall.

    Last year, Mark Hudspeth's first as head coach of a somewhat thin Cajun club thin, there were 10 -- kicker Carlos Alvarez, starting running back Alonzo Harris, running back-turned-linebacker Qyen Griffin, defensive lineman Justin Hamilton, linebacker Trae Johnson, starting Jake Molbert, tight end Larry Pettis, defensive lineman Christian Ringo, receiver Jamal Robinson and cornerback Sean Thomas.

    I think that it is time that the BWK give us a report on who will take the RS off and who will play and how good they will be!!!! The steps seem to be underclass evaluation---Senior year---- Summer evaluation----pre-season practice------I think that maybe an overlooked part of the Cajuns success last year may have been the great looks that guys like B-Way, Reed, Carter, Brown, and others gave to our starters in practice!!!!
