Cornelius Perro of Abbeville who allegedly shot two people decided to turn himself in hours later.

Perro was arrested by the Abbeville Police and charged with attempted second degree murder, aggravated criminal damage to property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Sunday about 5 p.m., Perro allegedly shot a man twice and then a stray bullet went through a house and hit a woman in the leg.

The man, who is still in a Lafayette hospital, was shot in the chest and leg.
